Robben Reveals Guardiola And Van Gaal Are The Best Managers
Bayern Munich’s Arjen Robben revealed to the media that working alongside with Pep Guardiola and Louis van Gaal have been some of the best managers he has ever played with in his career and it is known that the Dutch manager Louis van Gaal is a huge fan of Robben which sparked a series of rumors which linked Robben with a possible move to Manchester United but it has been shut down by the player himself.
‘’The chance is zero that I make the switch. The fact is that I’m at a club where my family and I have a great time. Look, it’s very different when you‘re not completely happy. I would certainly be open to it, because I had a fantastic time with Van Gaal at Bayern and know him well. It is very important for my career. But the fact is that I’m at a club where my family and I have great time’’ Robben revealed as he spoke during a training session with Holland in Portugal.
Almost 1 month ago, Louis van Gaal was appointed as the new coach of Manchester United as he will take up the hot seat of the Premier League club when the 2014 World Cup finalizes and already there are a number of players in the wish-list of the Dutch manager which includes players such as: Edinson Cavani, Cesc Fabregas and Bastian Schweinsteiger as some of the performers that Louis van Gaal wants to add into the squad of Manchester United and more recently Arjen Robben.
Along with Manchester United’s Robin van Persie, Robben is expected to be one of the main attacking powerhouses of Netherlands as they have to lock horns against Spain, Chile and Australia in the group stages of the 2014 World Cup.
